Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change and unexpected events can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice in order to avoid any cancellation fees. If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, there will be no fee. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we allow for changes up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. However, please note that changes are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your new request. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the full appointment fee  will be charged. If you miss your appointment without providing any notice, you will be charged the full appointment fee. We value your time and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy.
